I have worked hard for many years to build a friendly and hardworking valeting & detailing company. My results and 5 star reviews makes ADR one of the best on the island. All I ask is that you respect my policies, terms of business and staff.

 

1. ADR Valeting has a kitted out & welcoming HQ, however at special request I can offer a mobile service at your workplace or home. This would require access to power & water, aswell as a spacious work area.

2. Clients are welcome to drop their vehicle off the night before their booking, I will always be flexible to make your life easier

3. For safety reasons, no work will take place on any vehicle that is on a main or heavily used road. This also includes any tight or pay & display roads/areas.

4. If the interior has any areas which need more attention e.g. mud, pet hair, mould, vomit, sand or excessive staining there will be additional charges. Please let me know upon booking.

5. I do ask that the vehicle is completely emptied before arrival. This includes the door cards, centre console, cup holders, any accessories, car seats & the boot.

6. Unfortunately I cannot control acts of traffic, nature or others. So if we are in a situation where we need to rebook, please be patient whilst I try to get you in as soon as possible.

7. Payment must be made within 24 hours after the job has been completed.

8. A cancellation within 24 hours of the booking will result in a 50% charge of the package booked.
